Graham is a vastly experienced criminal practitioner and advocate being called to the Bar in 1982. Formerly a magistrates’ clerk and Chief Crown Prosecutor before entering private practise appearing in a gamut of criminal cases in the Crown Court, Courts Martial and Court of Appeal.
Since joining BNG in 2009 as a senior defence advocate he has acted on behalf of clients in cases of murder and other serious offences of violence, serious fraud, robbery and dishonesty, rape and other serious sexual assaults and drugs supply cases.
He is a tenacious and skilled advocate who ensures that no stone is left unturned in pursuit of his client’s interests, the preparation of their defence and the presentation of their case in court.
Major cases in the last 12 months have included successfully defending clients charged with attempted murder, death by dangerous driving, 2 separate clients each charged with multiple rape allegations, a client charged in a large scale conspiracy to supply Class A drugs and a client charged with a large scale fraud involving copyright.
